J. Christopher Smailer, Registered Architect, brings with him 10 years of experience specializing in the field of healthcare. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University, and has been licensed to practice architecture in the State of New York since 1995. Chris is responsible for initiating and managing all types of projects, providing full design and contract administration services for the firm.

Chris Smailer was previously with The Kingston Regional Health Care System, where he served as the Director of Architecture for Kingston Hospital, Margaretville Hospital and Mountainside Nursing Home. Chris provided professional services for projects including medical functions, health spas and medical office spaces.

Chris Smailer also served as the Senior Corporate Architect for Healthcare Associates of Great Neck, NY for 5 years, providing services to the organization's fourteen nursing homes, as well as to the development of a 180 bed Traumatic Brain Injury rehabilitation facility.
