Location: Kingston, New York This urban infill project schedule to go out for bid in August 2003 will house a new restaurant on the historic Rondout waterfront. The design for the restaurant responds to both the historic character of the surrounding neighborhood and spirit of a modern contemporary dining atmosphere. The building was limited to one story under zoning as a replacement for original structure that had been condemed and removed in in 1989. The restaurant will be owned and operated by Paul Wang and Susan Chen.
