Client: Savanna Partners Location: Wappingers Falls, New York This project involved the transformation of the entrance lobby to 200,000 sf former IBM leased building built in the 1980's. The goal of the project was to re-style the entrance to the building and establish new building standards for incoming tenants. The project was recently completed and the building which is currently leased to 20% of capacity has been re-introduced into the market as the Dutchess Corporate Center.
