Client: Tim Purcell & Teresa Edenholm Location: New Paltz, NY To date, this ongoing project has involved the restoration of two major barn structures and their complete renovation, including additions to an existing guest cottage on the property. The 20-acre parcel, situated on the Wallkill River, has been and continues to be redifined and restored as part of the overall restoration project. As a part of the master plan for site development, over 80 trees have been planted on the property thusfar. Plans are currently being developed for the restoration of an existing stone house that will be the cornerstone of the project's efforts.
